Bedroom #2 with king size bed, bedroom #3 with 2 double beds and additional full bath and bedroom #4 with queen over queen bunks and en suite bathroom. Washer & dryer available on this floor.

Rooftop/Third Floor: Huge, private rooftop (1k sq ft) with views of downtown and custom mural. Enjoy the TN weather year-round with large, louvered pergola with 2 fire pits and seating for 10+, private igloo with air conditioner, 3 dining tables, gas grill, wellness area for yoga and outdoor yard games. Third floor has indoor wet bar with beverage cooler and custom neon. Queen size camp mattress available to place in igloo to sleep under the stars.
