This gated, stately home is nestled on 5 acres just 30 mins North of Downtown Nashville.
Enjoy summer fun in the pool & relaxing with family & friends while taking in all of the nearby State Parks, Old Hickory Lake for fishing & boating, countless close by golf courses & more.
With 7 bedrms we offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate multi-family gatherings. Sleeps 20. Our kitchen & spacious living areas feature everything you'd expect to have at home, so come, settle in & relax.

The Templet House offers an exquisite vacation experience for family and friends. Located just 30 minutes North of Nashville and it's Broadway Honky Tonks.

Nestled upon 5 acres, this sprawling estate features a beautiful salt-water pool, an outdoor volleyball court, a basketball hoop, an abundance of entertainment space, 7 spacious bedrooms featuring numerous sleeping arrangements and 4.5 bathrooms.

With 2 large dining areas and an island bar top in the kitchen, you can comfortably seat 20 for a family dinner. The kitchen contains all the appliances and utensils you would need to gather together for a meal and if the weather allows, there is plenty of space to eat outside too, so make use of the outdoor grill and sizzle up some steaks!

The kids will have plenty of space to run around, so enjoy our selection of outdoor games and sports balls for them to utilize during your stay. Should it get a little warm outside and some air conditioning is needed then they can continue to play indoors on the likes of our air hockey table, foosball, giant connect 4 or Jenga games...

A floor plan of the home has been provided in the media section, but it is also helpful to describe the layout and bedroom set up so you can plan your relaxing and sleeping arrangements ahead of time:

On the main floor, we feature 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms:

Bedroom #1 - King Bed and queen bed. Full en-suite bathroom with free-standing tub and walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet too. (Sleeps 4)

Bedroom #2 - King Bed plus additional Queen Sleeper Sofa. This room shares an enormous walk-in closet and Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3. This bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. (Sleeps 4)

Bedroom #3 - King Bed and a queen bed. This room shares an enormous walk-in closet and Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #2. This bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. (Sleeps 4)

Bedroom #4 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds with pull out day bed under the bottom bunk. (Sleeps 6)

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

Bedroom #5 - Queen Bed. Full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom #6 - 2 x Queen Beds with Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #7, however the vanity area and walk-in closet are separated and private to this bedroom. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. (Sleeps 4)

Bedroom #7 - Second bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and pull out day bed under each bottom bunk. This room has the Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #6, however the vanity area and walk-in closet are separated and private to this bedroom. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. (Sleeps 6)

A couple of house-keeping items to bear in mind.

There are 16 steps from parking level to the entrances both at the front and back of the home.

This home is not only a pet-free property, but both smoking and drug free too. Any indication that those rules are being broken will lead to us having to immediately cancel your stay with us.

As with all our pools, the standard season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Lastly, attached to the home is an owner lockout area in the basement which is never rented out. On a rare occasion (a few days a year), the owner may utilize that space for a few hours. If that should happen we will let you know, but it is a separated space and you would not be disturbed or likely even know it was being used!

As you enter the property, the driveway splits in 2. All guests must veer to the right and park on this side of the home. The left section of the driveway is off-limits as it is a private garage.

The best way to interact with us is through the platform that you made your reservation through. We will be monitoring that chat throughout your stay.

We had a great stay with exceptional hosts. We had a problem keeping the air cool the first night and the next morning they sent someone out with brand new fans and their hvac person to check on it! Great communication and great amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here for retreats, trips, and anything else you are traveling for. We had 13 people and this place had more beds than we needed. Everyone got their own which is a major plus. Everyone that stayed said the beds were so comfortable and they layout was great with how many people we had.
