Overall, a nice place to stay
Upon arrival, our code didn't work, but I was able to reach someone right away that fixed it immediately. The property was as described. There are 4 stories. It was all clean other than the rooftop deck but there had been some storms come through, so that was understandable. There were some access issues with one of the showers. We are not sure how exactly a larger person is supposed to fit in there, the door opens to the inside, leave a very small gap to squeeze in. They do provide a lot of starter things, like soap and shampoo and kitchen needs. This was all we needed for our stay. It was greatly appreciated. We had issues with the AC the entire stay. It was reported on the first night. The response to our texts were immediate but the AC was never serviced during our stay, making the bedrooms almost unbearable to sleep in. It was a warm weekend. The bedrooms did have fans, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The living room does need more seating, like a love seat or another chair, for when the rooftop can't be used. The location was good. Uber rides were reasonable when we didn't want to drive, and they had a service that offered a ride for 5 each person, each way, if you chose to use that. The garage fit 2 SUVs snugly. There really isn't anything in walking distance on the busy street but the unit is very quiet, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.
