The home is fully equipped with everything you need, including a modern kitchen, comfortable sleeping areas, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:

This rental includes the entire downstairs living space with its own private front door entrance, along with access to the front yard and covered front patio with ceiling fans, perfect for outdoor relaxing.



Please note that there is a separate micro apartment upstairs occupied by a long term tenant. The tenant is quiet, respectful of guest privacy, and keeps to themselves. The apartment has its own entrance through the back yard and is completely separate from the guest space.

• No parties or events – $500 fine + immediate removal

• No smoking inside – $300–$500 cleaning fee

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (violations may result in $200 fine)

• No unregistered guests – $100 per guest per night

• Pets only with approval – unauthorized pets: $250 fee

• Respect the home’s historic features, including the 1898 piano – damages will be fully charged

• Minimum booking age: 21

• Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety
