« The property was beautiful and the staff were all so great. It is high season so the one issue I noticed is there is definitely not enough lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate all the people who are staying at the resort. All the hotels are like this actually. Resort should provide chairs to guests free of charge for the beach at the rate you are paying to stay there a night. »

« Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott...

If I was being nit pickey I think the pools could be a little better maintained and I wish...

« Just got back from the Westin KaAnapali Ocean Villas North and couldn’t be more happy with our stay. This is my third time booking with Vacation Candy for a trip to Hawaii. The Westin is so beautiful, right on the beach, steps from snorkeling, and just so perfect. We saw turtles right outside of the hotel! You can pack super light because you can use the washer and dryer in the room. Hitting up a Food Land and cooking a few meals at the Villas, or BBQing at the many spots around the resort also...
