'Outrigger ruined this property! This used to be my go to resort in Hawaii. They pull scams now. Wanted an additional $3,000.00 claimed it was expedias error. They are under reconstruction and oversold is the real story. The pool is so out of balance it bleached our outfits. The staff seem miserable and unhappy. 'Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel...

'We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 and we had everything we needed and MORE! We highly appreciated all of the beach chairs, toys and pool floats. Our kids were very excited to have these things and we were thrilled to have a booster seat and pack and play for our youngest. The property is absolutely beautiful with a convenient shop on the main floor for some snacks and drinks. We loved sitting out on our terrace and enjoying the weather...
