'When we arrived check in procedure said to locate our parking pass inside condo, no other information. I looked, couldnt find it, when called i was just told it could be on the door or in a jar. Never found. Ac remote didnt work so we could never turn it down below 77. Called, was told theyd send someone out. Never did. Wanted to relax on first night from a long day, nothing on the tv worked properly. Netflix required me to upgrade my personal account to be able to use. Hulu was not installed....

'The resort didn’t exactly wow me, but this was one of the best units in the condo-style setup. Loved the proximity to the beach (literally 90 second walk), which meant soothing wave noises at night and easy beach hangs. It was clean, the kitchen had lots of dishware and cutlery, and easy to get into and out of. '

'First of all, Epic Realty was great to work with. They were responsive to any issue we had. The property at the Royal Kahana is a nice property but had an unfortunate incident while we were there. There was a power outage in West Maui that lasted for about 24 hours. After the outage, the property only had one elevator working and no hot water. The issue was getting someone to repair the elevators and hot water. On a positive note, the view from our room was outstanding. '

'I loved this little place. Extremely clean. Hosts are super communicative. The bus stop is right in front of the building. You can get just about anywhere from here with a good pair of shoes and a little planning. The hosts even had things available to make a trip to the beach more comfortable. Towels, totes, cooler and ice packs. Very, very well thought out vacation rental. They even have a PacMan machine! How cool is that? I wish I could have stayed for a month!'

'We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able...

'First of all, my husband and I have stayed in at least a dozen different units at Napili Shores over the past 20 years. We are huge fans of this resort and do not stay anywhere else on Maui. This unit was the most modern and upgraded by far. The furnishings, decorations, bathroom, etc. were all very comfortable and nice, and we greatly appreciated the chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella to use. The view of Napili Bay and out to the ocean was amazing. We could watch whales breaching right...
