'I checked in using their after hours procedure and everything was perfect! They were very responsive when I locked my key in my room and were able to get me back in my room quickly. I love that they text you to make sure you made it to your room and they always remind you to come by the desk in the morning for biscuits and coffee. I usually stay there when I take courses at the NOC but I plan to bring my family back soon. The kids will love the game room and pool (in the warmer months). With...

'Second time staying with this group. They’re wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located cabins for our love of Great Smoky National Park and the area. The only thing we wish they had was shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap in the shower. We forgot they didn’t provide those and had to go to the store. '

'Traveled with our family of four for a long weekend. We loved the peaceful setting and spent our nights around the firepit eating s'mores! Our days featured short trips to Andrews for a railbike tour and a stop at Nantahala Outdoor Center. Communication was great, and the owners were very attentive. We highly recommend!'

'De locatie was in orde, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Het is een goedkoop motel, dus verwacht geen 5 sterren behandeling. Helaas had dit motel de basis ook niet op orde. Alles was vies en de kamer die we kregen was niet in orde. We misten kussens, die kregen we extra nadat we daar om vroegen.het bed zat vol.met vlwkken, evenals een van de hoofdkussens. De vloer was erg vies en we vonden overal haren. We hebben het motel hierop geattendeerd en ze gaven ons de mogelijkheid om een andere kamer...
