« Clothes dryer not functioning. Air conditioning not functioning as well, very hot in the 2 rooms we stayed. »

« Upon checking in their credit card machines was not working. The clerk needing to contact software support, so we went to dinner and came back machines were still down. They had my card on file but said I had to pay cash because they still couldn't access it. If I didn't have cash I needed to go back to town to the ATM and get cash to check in. I should have prepaid and by this time, it's pushing 8:30. We got the $199.43 together and the clerk didn't know how to count 43 cents. She said I didn't...

« Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. « Good hotel with friendly staff. It met our needs perfectly for a one night stay. We came for the concert and this place had a comfy bed and free water which is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again. »

« This property is in a fantastic location! Less than 15 minutes to several different cute mountain towns. The property is nice but the single lane road throughout the property is anxiety inducing and should probably be disclosed in the details. Although set up quite strangely with no sink or counter space in the bathroom, the room was very nice. The ceiling fan was another story. My husband and I agreed that we have never heard a ceiling fan make so many different, strange, loud noises. And there...
