'The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed.'

'Everything was great we’d hoped to have changed rooms but being third party we couldn’t. The pool was great as well as Breakfast and we were 12 mins from the new Universal and check out at 12 was awesome. When we arrived the AC was super cold already which was perfect for the Texas heat.'

'with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities.'
