'I've never had such a hearthy welcome when I arrived in a hotel. The family that runs this hotel is so nice! The rooms are clean and have everything you need when you are on a city trip. There's a busstop near the hotel, but we've walked everything. All the attractions are within walking distance and on this side of the river you find nice places to eat. This hotel offers great value for money and we'll definately come back here if we ever visit Florence again.'

The appartement is in a small street and is a mix of old and new. Everything was perfect and the owners really think of every little thing. 'The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They took great care of us and were very helpful. It is in a great location in Florance! One note - the elevator starts at the 2nd floor, so you do have to walk up one flight of stairs. It was not a big deal for us, but it could be for others.'

'Not what it promises to be… The lobby is on the second floor. No one greets you. You arrive with luggage and either squeeze into a tiny elevator or climb four flights of stairs. That is the first impression. We stayed in two rooms so I have enough to give a real opinion. The Queen Suite- was spacious and partially beautiful. That is where the positives end. The shower was dark, moldy, and smelled of humidity so strongly I felt sick standing in it. A brick in the bathroom had broken and instead...

The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the surrounding area is full of character and within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. While it wasn’t completely quiet at times, the overall experience was very pleasant. A great place to stay in Florence.'
