'We had such a good time there. The place is beautiful and we loved the courtyard! We originally picked it for the parking and are so glad we did. We didn't even need the car because of its convenient location. I will definitely be back. The staff are kind and so helpful. The rooms are beautiful and lets not forget the history of the place. If you are unaware, don't worry, a ghost tour will be along any moment now. LOL Enjoy!! We did! '

'The room was sooo clean! I also loved how secure it was. You need a key card to get into the building as well as to the elevator area. And if you arrive before check in or have a later flight in the day they have lockers you can use for your luggage. The staff was super friendly! We will definitely stay again ! '

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it so my valuables weren't safe. I had to call...

'This hotel has old world charm and is located within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the French Quarter. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We parked at a lot across the street (~$40 day). The area around the hotel itself is what you would expect in down town New Orleans. When we checked in, the staff were less professional than I expect from a 5 star, but that may have been a random occurrence. Overall, I would definitely recommend it if you don’t mind a little...
