'This was an excellent pick for our family. It's located in a convenient location in the corner of French Quarters walkable to everything while still not being noisy. It's just a block away from Bourbon St and none of the noise comes through. The hotel is in great condition from room to public spaces. Staff is friendly.'

'The room was small, so I did not have a chair. However, I went to the lobby, which had very comfortable chairs. My morning routine is browsing the internet with a cup of strong coffee. Disappointing there were no coffee shops open at 5 AM. The closest was Starbucks, open at 6 AM, but it was quite a long walk. The Starbucks was at the Sheraton on Canal Street.'

They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it so my valuables weren't safe. I had to call...

'Net, schoon hotel midden in het centrum op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Valet parkeren dus geen parkeerproblemen. Vanwege de locatie natuurlijk wel gehorig maar voor ons niet storend. Dus als je centraal in New Orleans wilt zitten in een comfortabel hotel dan kan je dit hotel gerust boeken.'
