'Had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby because they did not received the $$ from Expedia… they told me to call Expedia myself… after having a reservation already made and paid for… insane'

'The house was as lovely as the photos and the neighborhood was nice as well. Only concern we had was when we arrived we noticed what we thought was our down stairs the curtain was moving. The owner came out the door and stated he lives in that section ( which let me say, he wasn’t a bother at all and he was sectioned off) but it does not say anything about him staying there or sectioned off from us.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk young man was very friendly and inviting. The hotel itself was really nice. Breakfast was good with different options. We booked an accommodation room for a wheelchair. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. After being in the room for sometime we smelled sewer and it was coming from the bathroom. The smell was horrible. We notified the young man at the front desk and he moved us to a regular room due to them not having anymore...

'Staff was great but, the dog area needed some attention. Nice pool area and good breakfast!'

'The room smelt really bad and did not look like the pictures. I asked for another room thinking it would be better it was even worse. I asked for a refund I was told no refunds. I felt so nauseous I couldn’t stand the smell. I gave the door key back to front desk and left. Wasted Money.'

'It was busy but Tywana is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived a little late and the pool was about to close but my sons were able to go in the pool and she even bring them some exta towels'

'Aweful pool was dirty I went inside w daughter and notice how bad stuff was No filter was running staff didn’t do anything about it And I ddrove 5 hrs just to stay there and swim w my daughter !!!!!'
