'The house was as lovely as the photos and the neighborhood was nice as well. Only concern we had was when we arrived we noticed what we thought was our down stairs the curtain was moving. The owner came out the door and stated he lives in that section ( which let me say, he wasn’t a bother at all and he was sectioned off) but it does not say anything about him staying there or sectioned off from us.'

'There was a bit of an ant problem around the entrance. Not a huge problem, but there wasn't much I could do to get rid of them because I have a severe ant allergy. Otherwise, it was really great. It looks more spacious in person than advertised.'

'Frightening area. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES YOU SEE. VAs we were pulling in, unable to get in, a most likely “ homeless” man swinging a baseball bat and angrily yelling something at us as he was approaching us set the stage for us. No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in. Trying to communicate via phone. I left a message that we would not...

'We had a perfect stay! The home was very clean and really had everything we needed. I was in Atlanta attending an event with family at Emory University, it was super convenient, only a few minutes’ drive to campus. The area was safe and quiet at night, and there was a setup for sitting on the back porch. The beds were extra comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was set up to cook for a group. Overall, this exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it.'

'Normally I’d say the lack of communication was a bad thing, but honestly this trip it didn’t matter. We easily got into the house, everything was as it should’ve been, and we had a great stay! The house is cute and well done, and there’s an unofficial park just up the road that has the 3 oldest Oaks in all ATL dating back to 1873!!! Holy cow, what an honor to see those! '

'House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy!'

'The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you.'
