'You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. 'I stayed here with my daughter in June. The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. On arrival, that sofa — the only bed — was dirty, covered in dust, debris, and hair. I reported it the same day, with photos. The following day, while we were out, the host sent cleaning staff into the apartment without notice and without our consent. We returned to find our belongings had been...

'Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.'

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. 'Booked through Expedia but confused by three different communication channels (Expedia, VRBO, host own app) with multiple notifications some not accessible. When we arrived the wifi was not working, it was difficult to figure out how to contact host who anyhow provided by next day an alternative wifi network access which provided connection to our smartphone but didn't work with the smart tv.'
