'My husband and I were very disappointed with our stay. This property advertises itself as a luxury resort, but our experience was anything but luxurious. When we arrived, the front gates were locked, and we couldn’t get in. There were cameras at the entrance, but no one responded while my husband stood outside in the heat for about 10 minutes. I eventually had to walk up to the gate and knock repeatedly before someone finally let us in. Once inside, we were told our room wasn’t ready, so we...

'Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.'

'This was our first time traveling as a family internationally. I believe the property I booked was different from the property I checked into. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future.'
