'On arrival I was initially a bit disappointed as the hotel looked 'old style'. We live in Jamaica and have stayed at many 4* hotels. 'I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. '

'This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! 'This booking was a scam, got to the property and no reservation listed under my name. Reception confirmed the phone number listed on booking was not the phone number on file for the owner. I tired several times contacting the property but no answer. I want my money back. Got to the property and had to book somewhere else '

'The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism. 'I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.'

'All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

'The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out.'
