'The cutest hotel in the perfect location on Maui! Close to lots of local cafes and restaurants, and the beach was maybe a 10 minute drive away. The room itself was super cute and tasteful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Maui!'

'Beautiful property'

'Although it was just for one night, the hotel is amazing and the staff is so very helpful. The pictures on Expedia is incorrect. I requested a 2 queen bedroom. One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect.'

'Plan multiple days at the beach. It is beautiful and amazing views'

'We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The junior suite was spacious, clean and provided a view on the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and cool boxes are available to take to the beach. There is also a jacuzzi and small pool. Overall, a great stay in a quiet area of Maui.'

'The room was filthy dirty, infested in roaches. The sink to one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain, urine stains were all over the pocket doors to the restrooms. All pillows were yellow and stained. The management just dropped off a Ross bag with new linens after we called to complain. No other solution was offered, all they suggested was that we would cancel our stay and rent elsewhere. Not a real solution on such short notice for a family of 6. This hotel has privately owned and managed units...

'I’ve stayed here twice before it was an outrigger. This current stay wasn’t bad at all it was just different. You have to rent the umbrellas and chairs for the beach and it isn’t cheap if you’re staying at the hotel as before it was free if you stayed at the hotel. The rooms were upgraded and nice. The lady at the front desk wasn’t welcoming at all. She didn’t acknowledge me until I told her I wanted to check in. If I ever return to the island I would try a different resort.'

'Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen. Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden. '

'Nona Lani Cottages are cute cottages in a wonderfull garden setting. The beach is just across the road. The owner is a lovely lady who is friendly and very helpfull. I like that it is a local business and not part a big company. If you are looking for privacy, amazing flowers, and some nice relaxing time, the cottages are a great choice. '

'This was our second visit to Maui, so we wanted to try something different; we chose something upcountry instead of on the beach this time. We will likely go back to the beach for future visits, because we really didn’t enjoy having to drive all the way back and change after spending time on the beach.
