'The room was huge - one bedrm with a king bed, lots of drawers, a closet, a desk and a tv. A livingroom with a couch, two comfy armchairs and tv. Yet, it is described as a 'solo' room meaning it is for one person - We had to pay an extra $50 for my partner which I thought was odd! There were two ACs, one in each room, that were set to 67⁰ - this Memorial wknd it was 50⁰ and raining. We tried to raise the heat but to no avail, it was blowing cold air. 'The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.'

'Clean room, beautiful setting, congenial owner. Overall, a very positive experience staying here for four days. I think we would have enjoyed connecting with the owners/operators more. We were made to feel right at home. This is a wonderful spot to stay if you're in the area.'

'The property is set on a beautiful stretch of land in a peaceful, quiet setting—an excellent choice if you’re looking for a serene environment. The breakfast is very good, and while the rooms are somewhat outdated, they are impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.'
