You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located in the middle of the tower.

Step out onto the balcony directly from the Master suite to enjoy the ocean breeze. The large private bathroom features a shower to complete your luxurious retreat. The beautifully decorated second bedroom features a King-sized bed, a TV, and the guest bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower. For additional guests, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra accommodation.

Beachside Two sits directly on the beach, just steps away from the beach boardwalk. The building offers guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated pool with a grill at the pool deck, an exercise room, and covered parking.

Condo was run down and outdated. For the cost I didn’t expect to have peeling ceilings, peeling paint on cabinets and the beds were horribly uncomfortable and very old.

The mattresses were like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. The rest of the condo was ok, but not great. Over the years we have stayed at much nicer properties at Sandestin. Would not book this property again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as it appears in the pictures! We have been coming to Sandestin for years, but this was the first year we were able to get a golf cart with our condo! This was a game changer!! There were only 2 negative things about this condo… more comfortable mattresses needed and room darkening curtains for bedrooms! Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely come back!! I’m telling you, condos with golf carts are a huge game changer!! 😎

Can't beat the location!

Awesome stay. Views are second to none. Had everything we needed. Codes all worked as instructed. If I had any one thing to say is that a good map of the area would be useful as the resort is very big. I don't blame the owner but more the care takers of the property. Would highly recommend this condo...did I mention the views! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here. The views were magnificent. The place could use a little upkeep regarding paint and outdoor furniture but all in all a great place. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced and it would be nice if there were a box of tissues and some coffee filters. Loved having the golf cart!

Too many condo beach chairs put out to enjoy the beach

The property had all of the amenities for the six days we were there but the checkin process was confusing. It could have been more clear maybe upfront what floor we were on, where to park, ( covered parking or uncovered), the fact that we needed to get a parking pass from the gate guard, that there was an ice machine in the building instead of us buying ice before we got there, what the discount pass was that was in the room and what it does for you( we never figured this out). Things like this should have been information upfront instead of us trying to figure it all out. We will not return to this building or beach for fact the they put so many chairs and umbrellas out that there is absolutely no room for people that just want to enjoy the beach on a towel or there own chairs. We were literally elbow to elbow with people in front of the buildings chairs and umbrellas. There were no birds even on the beach because there was no room for them to fly in or walk. The pool was not heated and was so cold after the rains. The condo door from the master to the patio was unusable with the door handle taken off and a desk and curtain placed in front of that door so it couldn't be used. That was the the reason I rented this condo so I could go out without disturbing the rest of everyone. The pictures need to be updated to reflect this and the decor was not as pictured which wasn't a big deal.

Great location, condo needs some TLC

This condos location is absolutely perfect and the view of the beach is stunning. However, both the unit and the complex need some major maintenance and updating. Definitely could have been cleaner. The floors were sticky and sandy upon arrival. The upholstery on the dining chairs is moldy. The couch and pillows are stained. The bathrooms are in desperate need of cosmetic upgrades. The patio furniture is rusty and full of mildew. The biggest issue, however, was that the blankets needed for the fold out couch were full of sand, making it obvious they had not been laundered from previous guests. Overall, the cleanliness of the condo was definitely sub par. It is also my opinion that the unit is overdue for an update.

Awesome Views

We stayed here for spring break. We have a family of five and everything was great. The views were fantastic. Location was awesome being right on the beach. Pool was perfect for the kids when they were not at the beach. The kids also got a lot of use out of the basketball courts that are on the property too. Having the golf cart to use was a plus. The lights did not work on the cart, but once we contacted the management company they brought over a new golf cart right away. Would definitely come back to this same place and would highly recommend.

Disappointed. Location beautiful. Condo run down.

Unfortunately I should had asked how old the pictures were for this listing. Very run down. Looks as if it has not been maintenanced in 15 years. Beat up doors, walls, rusted leaking showers . Stained old carpets .Only had two clothes hangers in one closet none other in entire condo. When we asked if there was any never received response. Location was the only current true picture on website. Ocean gorgeous. The overall complex is very old and was heavily populated. Beach front was packed with people as if you could hardly walk . Long waits for elevators that had no a/c working in either elevator. Unfortunately this was our first trip to Destin if the ocean would not had been so beautiful we would not ever come back. But one thing for sure we would not book this condo or any other from this resort unless a huge remodel and or maintenance of condo was guaranteed and would never book for that week again. Definitely would have to be off season.
