I had a very good stay. The only thing I can come up with in the negative is that my fridge was broken. I was promised to have it fixed. But nobody came and there was no follow upon it. Other than that it was a very good stay!

Zeer klantonvriendelijk
Omdat voornaam op reserveringsbevestiging niet overeenkwam met doopnaam in paspoort konden wij niet inchecken. Dit moest eerst geregeld worden met Hotel.com in Australie. Dit kostte ons meer dan 1 uur. Nergens staat vermeld dat men deze eis stelt. Ondanks kaart van Niet storen aan de deur komen ze toch je kamer binnen. Schoonmaak slecht en meubilair onder de vlekken. Tweede kamer is ingebouwd en bevat geen raam. Constant geluid aanwezig, geen idee waarvan dat is. Schitterend uitzicht vanaf slaapkamer op 15e verdieping

Het hotel ligt naast de Victoria Market en 10 minuten wandelen van het het toeristische centrum van Melbourne. Het hotel heeft een eigen garage (prijs is pittig) en een heerlijk warm zwembad en bubbelgedeelte. De bedden zijn echt heerlijk. Voor ons de rede dat dit de 3e keer is dat we hier verblijven.

Zeer goed verblijf net na aankomst in Australië
Het hotel had een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Niet duur maar wel goede service, huisvesting en diensten. Personeel was aardig, hotelkamer was erg netjes. Badkamer lekker schoon. Goede bedden! En apart omdat wij geen stelletje zijn en dat was erg fijn. Goeie wifi. Goed en divers ontbijt. Telefoonopladers beneden. Zwem, sport en wasmogelijkheden die alles helemaal top maakte.

Pleasant, comfortable and quiet stay in BCD
The hotel is nicely located next to a park, which gives a nice touch to the start of your day. There's blue bike station equally close by. My favourite breakfast restaurant is just around the corner (Phancy Cafe and Catering). The room is spacious, and has a fully equiped kitchen (no coffee machine). Bed is comfortable, although the duvet is a bit warm to my taste. Shower has a thermostat and good water pressure, even during peak hours in the morning. There's a good size pool for some laps and washing machines. The perfect place to stay if you're a few days (or more) in town and want a place to feel at home.

Dit apart hotel ligt zeer centraal gelegen. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om Melbourne te bezichtigen te voet en met de circle tram.

heerlijk bed, prima douche
Vriendelijke ontvangst, hotel heeft heldere kamers door de glazen wand. Dit wordt door mij als prettig ervaren. Het parkeren van de auto is onder het hotel in de parkeergarage, hier wordt een vergoeding voor gevraagd. Internet was tijdens ons verblijf gratis, echter was er vaak geen verbinding en als er verbinding was, erg traag. Dit is het enige min puntje. We hebben echter al weer 4 nachten geboekt.

Geweldig verblijf
Hotel is zeer netjes, uitstekende service. Je kan ook je kleren wassen met de aanwezige wasmachines. Er is zelfs een keuken wat ik niet vaak tegenkom in zulke moderne hotels. Hotel is wel dichtbij Queen Victoria market, maar moet toch wel een stukje naar binnenstad lopen.

Great base to explore Melbourne, apartments are clean and spacious and staff were helpful. My only comments would be there is only 1 proper chair in the apartments so the other person has to sit on the desk chair or bed and laundry is a bit expensive but other than thay couldnt fault it

We found the apartment to be very comfortable and spacious. They have great amenities such as the pool and laundry. It was so nice to just park and enjoy Melbourne by foot or tram. Very close to many restaurants, shops and Queen Victoria Market. We highly recommend Pegasus Apart hotel.

We stayed at Pegasus Apart'Hotel for eight nights. -Front desk staff:Friendly and helpful. -Room: Studio apartment which was suitable for a couple. Ensuite attached, shower was good. The kitchenette has a gas cooktop, microwave, frying pan, two saucepans, and basic tools and utensils. -Laundry: The laundry is on the first floor. It has washers and dryers which cost $5.00/load. The hotel has sachets of laundry liquid you can purchase at the front desk. I would recommend buying laundry sheets and bringing them with you. -Pool/gym: I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. I used the gym which was well equipped. -Cleanliness: The room was generally very clean. My only issue was with the bed linen, which I think needed better laundering as the quilt was stained. This was likely because it didn’t have a full enclosed cover. I also thought the mattress should have a better cover too given the number of ppl using the bed. -Location: The hotel is within a short walk of Flagstaff station and the Queen Victoria Markets, where you’ll find the number 19 tram. It takes 15-20 minutes walk to get to Bourke Street Mall. - Restaurant: We attended the restaurant attached to the hotel once. The food was okay as was the service. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.
