"Almost everything was super-b. The only thing we can say to improve is the price-quality ratio for the restaurant/bar. Prices are extreem high compared to the quality of for example the food (diner) and the coffee at the bar. Quality is ‘ok’ but not in ratio with the prices. We did one dining on our arrival day and decided to spend our money for diners elsewhere.
Champagne by the glass starts at € 18,- while you stay in the center of the Champagne region? Wine same prices while you stay in France? Also € 7,- for a ‘double espresso’ while I got a simple Americano? Those are details that should be perfect. If the coffee was a perfect strong double shot espresso, then that € 7,- would be just fine, although still a bit high IMO.
Good margins on beverages is fine but extreme margins just isn’t fair based on quality and the location as in the region/land of wines..
It feels like something needs to be compensated this way. Breakfast was perfect and all the rest also really good! Also thanks for the great services of the staff!"
