'Yin Was amazing! So kind and kept communication open the entire time before we got there. There was something I did wrong on the app at first, and she helped me fix it! The place was gorgeous and perfectly located! 5 stars! '
'When we arrived, we encountered a problem with our door not unlocking, and the sheets had some stains and hair. However, when we reached out to the team, they responded promptly and sent maintenance and housekeeping to ensure our stay was comfortable. The communication was swift. Apart from this minor issue, our suite was beautifully cleaned, and there were stores, restaurants, and lounges nearby. I highly recommend this place again due to the excellent staff service and the affordable price. '

'We, mijn zoon en ik, hebben een bijzonder aangenaam verblijf gehad in het hotel. De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en absoluut behulpzaam en betrokken. Ook was het eten prima en ruim bedeeld. Een aanrader!!'
'We saw a concert at the Mann center. This hotel was close to the venue and an inexpensive uber ride. We also were able to order some late night food to our hotel. It was convenient location. There is an on site parking garage which was also a perk. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay again. '

'The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!'
'I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. '
'I was nervous prior to arrival as I know this area can be trouble. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the neighborhood is gentrifying.
I felt safe and the building had every safety precautions. Cameras at the entrance and inside. (Not in the rooms). To get to my room I had three doors each with a unique PIN code.
The building was bright, modern and welcoming as well as very clean. The building is broken into pods with what seems to be two private rooms sharing a kitchen area....
