'The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was average with every day the same. Any hot items like eggs, extra to pay. Finally a Formula1 standard. Bed reminden me at the army times, so below the modern standard. This is maximum a 7 rating.'

'The host was very very kind and he answered our calls right awayWe got there when it was dark so we weren’t sure if we were at the right place but he helped us find itIt is a fully stocked house which we never had before . 'E stato favoloso, come descritto con le 5 stelle in tutto siamo stati molto contenti. Anche Andrea, Ana e Federico sono stati estremamente gentili e ci hanno aiutato come potevano. Stiamo gia facendo i piani per tornare di nuovo a Lugano e naturalmente nei vostri appartamenti. '

'Perfect space for myself for a quick conference. Great air conditioning, blackout blinds, and SO clean. Cute balcony for some fresh air. There weren’t too many restaurants in short walking distance, so I recommend hitting the grocery store (huge and super close by). Would have loved extra towels, and the door lock/key was giving me some trouble, but overall would definitely recommend.'
