'Everything about this unit and our stay was excellent. The location was perfect with walkability to many restaurants, coffee houses, stores, and other establishments. The penthouse amenities were very nice, and the views overlooking the harbor were second to none. Large, glass, full-length windows everywhere which made the stay a really cool experience. 'The condo was perfect for our family of four. Even as a one bedroom, we had plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach was great and didn’t need to worry about parking. We could stop for a midday break and go back out. Everything was very clean and well maintained.'

'We stayed for a girls weekend to enjoy the Christmas prelude in Kennebunkport! The condominium was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us. We were able to walk to downtown Kennebunk and enjoy a nice dinner. We were able to take a cab to Kennebunkport for the winter prelude. 'Great location! Well cared for facility. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Stephen at the front desk was a pleasure! He worked hard to help us out. Our unit was quite adorable. Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work for us. The air conditioner was doing what is should but after a good filter cleaning ( boy did it need it) it worked perfectly.'

'I rented this spot for a quick getaway with my daughters and my one year old granddaughter. We absolutely loved it ! So spacious, beautifully updated! We were already taking about coming back! The only thing I would suggest is clearer instructions for trash disposal . Welcome e-mail said one thing, exit email said another . We lucked out with another guest leaving and he should us where it was . Highly recommend this place !'

'Loved, loved loved the location, the jacuzzi ad fireplace. It should be know that this is ADA compliant and everything is spacious an plenty of room for wheelchairs or walkers. Would definately stay here again.'
