'Location is excellent. Short walking distance to every good restaurant and shop. The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The gym is very good sized for the size of the apartment building with 13 units in it. The management’s communication was prompt and friendly and responded to all of our wishes. However, the place is advertised as a hotel, but don’t expect services as in a hotel. It resembles more a short term rental home - no cleaning service and no lobby....

'The location is centrally located, it’s between Wells beach and Wells harbor. There are excellent restaurants nearby that offer great seafood dishes, as well as international options. I95 is easily accessible, Portland is an easy drive, as well as Cape Elizabeth.'

'the place was very clean, staff was very polite and helpful .The couch wasn't all that comfortable to sit on but we just used some pillows. Right next door to Congdons donuts. We are hoping to go back again next Oct. Would highly recommend this place. Even has a pool and hot tub'
