« The Gold-Inn is a gem motel in Hot Springs ! It is not too big so it is quiet and the service offered is great. The rooms are are in an excellent condition and very comfortable. »

« Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future. »

« Very, very old. The whole hotel needs an upgrade and multiple repairs. Walls in the exit stairs and ceiling in dinning area are full of humidity and with the paint hanging. Everything is extremely old, room doors, floors, carpet, furniture...There is a big difference between historic or rustic, and old or abandoned. « Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though. »
