The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club
Nice place to stay, central location and friendly staff. Only improvement would be to add more beds by the pool, because there were only 3 and a few tables but that’s very limited.

Hampton Inn & Suites Madison-West
The breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was not hot, it was cold. The pool area was clean and appeared to be well-kept but the water was a little bit cold.

The Edgewater
All the staff at the front desk and the restaurants were remarkable. Professional, helpful, etc. They really exemplified the customer service experience.
