Resort à Mactan

« A truly magnificent place! I highly recommend this hotel for families with children – everything is there for a dream vacation. The pools are amazing, and the staff are not only professional but also incredibly kind. Thank you Mme Paege I will be delighted to come back! »

On recommande »

« Front desk staff was really welcoming and very helpful. We appreciate that our room was upgraded due to some problems, however in the bathroom the ceiling was leaking and yellow water was dripping to the toilet seat. The shower pressure was weak. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the friendly staff! The view was amazing from our window and the swimming pool was great. »

« property was very beautiful and well maintained. Lofredo messaged me days before check in which was helpful. the condo unit has complete amenities and a microwave, washer, tables, and a balcony to dry off clothes. just a little bit of a drive from main roads. »

« No WIFI in the room and around the swimming pool and in the restaurant is NOT acceptable! Room next to room service desk are very noisy. Restaurant choice is very limited and very expensive. »

« Very nice garden around the pool, great pool area with bar and restaurant, and the food was Great! Only negative, was the accommodation, it was spacious, BUT not specially clean, cabinets falling off hooks, no Aircon in living room, the one in the bedroom was noisy. But over all we had a fine stay, and we will be back as day users for sure. »

« Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside... »

« It was a good place to stay. The only downside was the lack of internet and no electricity from 7 am to 6pm. It’s surely secluded and calming. The staff was ok but if »
