'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'It's a great clean/modern Hotel close to the Airport. Breakfast tasted great and the staff is very friendly'

'The place was great except that the only problem we had was the shower curtain was too short so the water flowed all the way into the hallway outside the room'

'We stayed 3 nights in Plantation Bay, and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Glaze at the front desk! She explains everything clearly and with kindness. She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. She's part of the reasons why I extended for another night and even booked additional room. Please award her or promote her! However, we did not like the attitude...

'Everyone was great from the owner to the staff and security guards. Very friendly and welcoming. I loved the Suite. Tastefully decorated with a unique style and taste. Roomy and had all the amenities you would want for a longer stay. I will demurely stay here again. Loved it. '

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...
