'This is my best stay in Kansas City. The lady in front desk was very welcoming, answering to all my questions, giving a list of resaurants to go for a dinner. Breakfast included everything you want, from fruits to delicious meat. Easy parking. It is a good area to go for a walk. Thank you!'

'Would not stay here again, and the real problem isn't comfort, it's safety. We got back from dinner around 11pm and the door code we'd been given earlier that day no longer worked. There's no front desk, no staff on site, and no one to call. We stood in a dark alley texting the hotel back and forth trying to get a working code. When we finally got a response, it was flat and unapologetic. Locking paying guests out of their hotel at night with no one on site isn't a minor hiccup. It's a safety...

'The staff were very friendly and help. The room was clean and very quiet. Did not hear doors slamming closed or people walking by talking. The breakfast was good; the food was a little on the cold side but still good. The bar nice vibe, drinks were more ice, soda and juice thank anything, I believe for the price that was paid for the drink it was not worth it'

'Location and view from room were great. Pool is large and awesome, but could be a little warmer. Valet return is email based, which caused issue retrieving car as my phone wasn’t set up for internet.'

'The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.'

'We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.'

'The check in process was fast and efficient. I love the modernization of the hotel; it’s quite beautiful. The gym is pretty amazing with state of the art equipment. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. I love that we had a smart tv in our room and were able to watch our Netflix account. Great dining options nearby and within walking distance.
