He provided lots of information and his place was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Bourbon street and maybe 20 minutes to the waterfront His apartment was very clean and perfect for our party of 3 '

'Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. The floors weren't very clean, and we couldn't find any cleaning supplies; I think at having a broom and dustpan and some spray cleaner would be nice.Overall, satisfied with...

'The house itself was quite nice. Very high ceilings which made it seem open and roomy. I was disappointed that the furniture on the balcony was missing and there were just cushions left on the ground. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Very short walk to the streetcar. The kitchen could use a few more things, like mixing/serving bowls.Overall, we liked the house. '

'We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.'
