'This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! Very clean and modern. Comfortable stay for our weekend in London.'

'The location was perfect. Close to food and shopping. Arriving from the airport was easy as we took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and our stop was around the corner from our apartment. It was also centralized to many connections from the London Tube system. Coffee was steps from the door. The other grade fine to the apartment was storing our luggage which was steps from our door'

'1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. 'The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for quick trip to see the sights of London. We were a family of 4 on a budget and this apartment worked beautifully. It had everything we needed including a few tea bags, instant coffee and sugar. Not to mention shampoo, body wash and dish soap all nicely labeled. 'I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...
