Personnel tres aimable. Hot tub très apprécie! »

« The hotel staff was very friendly. It is the prime location to access the beach with great snorkeling. We seen many tropical fish and a family of 6 stingrays swimming by us. The rooms are a little dated and the carpet had some stains but nothing major. I am picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I felt comfortable there. The pool was awesome, it has a lazy river and a hidden jacuzzi which was great because it was over capacity and could enjoy it without feeling too crowded. »

« We have had a good experience in this hotel even if we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was really helpfull and kind especially the Hawaiian woman in the small valet office. The pool was fantastic and just in front of the beach. We were able to rent free recent movies in order to watch them on our room. There is a daily program in the hotel such as Yukulele classes, surf or others but unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy the hotel's activities as we had a busy...

« Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options. »

« Best hotel resort in the area by far, I have stayed at the Hyatt, which is nice but not as good. »

« It’s walking distance to the beach. »

« Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation. »

« Place was very clean, extremely happy. »

« We were given a room on the tenth floor, and the hotel is doing extensive renovations on the 11th, so there is loud noises from 8 am till 5 pm. You cannot be in the room at all if you want quiet. We talked to someone who was on the 12th floor and they had the same experience and were also quite upset. We were not given a warning or choice, nor a partial refund or discount at all. Would NOT stay here again. »
