She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. 'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I noticed is about the breakfast. Breakfast is served between 6am-10am. The first day we were there we got to breakfast around 9am I think, the food was already cold. The next day we came to breakfast around 7am and the food was perfect, warm and delicious. Other than that minor detail, Seda Central Bloc is aces in my book. I would stay here again and again.'
