'I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble. 'Beautiful, spacious room, very good condition. We loved the kingsize bed and top quality linen. The breakfast was really delicious, with great service and huge variety of dishes to choose from. The dining room very spacious and plenty of tables to choose from. No-one made us feel rushed. We loved the 11am check-out. The gym was well equipped and easy to access 24hrs a day.'
