The quiet central A/C and cherry wood flooring throughout will keep you cool and comfortable along with the tropical ocean breeze. Your kitchen has cherry wood cabinets with granite counter tops, all new stainless appliances equipped with a glass top stove, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and full refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster and rice cooker. All dishes, pans, and gadgets that you'll need to cook luscious meals if you choose to eat in. Gas barbecues are available near the pool and spa in the central garden area for your convenience.

Sleep comfortably on a King sized Serra Sleeper w/Memory Foam mattress and awake to full ocean views outside your window. Two closets and a large dresser, 50" Smart TV, along with bedside tables and lamps to provide plenty of light for reading. The en suite bathroom has a full walk-in marble-tiled massage shower and plenty of luxurious towels for bath, pool, and beach.

The living room has a Queen size sofa bed with 6in mattress, & comfortable chairs with ample light for evening reading. A mirrored wall brings the ocean view into all corners of the room. The large 60" Smart cable/internet TV, free WiFi access, DVD player, and Radio/CD player to enjoy music will keep you entertained.

What to do first? The lanai deck box is stocked with boogie boards, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella and pool toys. Slip into your suit, walk along the silky Sugar Sand beach, or head to the large tiled whale mosaic pool, hot tub, or sauna to relax. The fenced pool area also includes a children's pool with a turtle and fish mosaic. Volleyball, horseshoes, a putting green, and shuffleboard courts are available for fun activities. There are also public tennis courts located just south of the resort. You'll find a variety of novels in the credenza, as well as books on Hawaiian history, birds and flowers that may be of interest. More books to borrow are located in the lobby library..

The friendly front desk and concierge is open between 10:00am and 4:00pm Mon-Sat for any questions you may have. There is no check-in fee.

Kauhale Makai is just 20 minutes from the airport and is centrally located near beaches, shops and restaurants. You are located close to many fine local restaurants. Safeway and local grocery stores are located within 5 minutes of the condo and you will pass Costco as you leave the airport.

The Maui Bus offers public transportation for only $2.00 with varying routes which you can google for more information. However, you will probably want to rent a car in order to see and do all the fun things the island has to offer. You have your own reserved parking spot.

THE RESORT IS COMPLETELY NON SMOKING, NO SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN OUR CONDO, ON THE LANAI, OR ANYWHERE ON THE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY, INCLUDING PARKING LOT. SMOKING IS ALSO PROHIBITED in Maui County parks, which includes both the beach and the adjacent county park between the condo and the beach. NO PETS ALLOWED
