Located just minutes from Kennebunkport, this stretch of beach may be the most beautiful place to stay in Maine. A luxurious custom-built home in Kennebunkport boasts many amenities. This high-end, handcrafted home offers plenty of living space, a gourmet kitchen,, and will comfortably accommodate 5 guests for a week of peaceful relaxation. Emily's gourmet kitchen design has all the cooking and baking amenities you'll need, from sharp Henkels knives to a Ninja blender for your morning smoothies. A Professional Series gas stove has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal! The space, with details not spared, offers unique built-in cabinetry and luxury finishes like custom mirrors in the bathrooms and polished bedside lights for evening reading. You'll enjoy an interior basked in sunlight during the day and, in the evening, unforgettable quiet that only the peepers seem to break. Our location couldn't be better, just a walk or bike ride from Goose Rocks Beach. So grab one of our coolers and some drinks and hop on your beach cruiser for a day at the best beach in Southern Maine or take a short walk across the street and enjoy a five-star dinner at the acclaimed restaurant "Earth" at Hidden Pond. This private home, nestled off the road, features a quiet landscape we designed with travelers and families in mind. The outdoor space has a gas grill connected directly to our gas supply, so you don't have to worry about filling tanks or running out of fuel. We have four single-speed beach bikes for your use (please bring your helmet) and a grand fire-pit. We hope you'll make lasting memories around making S'mores and enjoying the evening sky.I live close by and will be there for your arrival whenever possible. I can make special accommodations for late arrivals, but prior communication and a plan will be needed. We'll work with you to make sure you get in without a hitch—check-In 4 pm, check-out 10 am. As a guest at the Trolley House, you have the freedom to move about the house and property as you wish. You'll see clean property divisions, and we've even added a few privacy extras that you'll notice when you arrive. All the outdoor space can be enjoyed privately. There's a locked owner's closet on the first floor and a locked mechanical room on the second floor that guests will not have access to. We can handle any concerns you have with heating or cooling. We provide bicycles and ask that you use caution getting to and from the beach area, and that you exercise caution and follow all cycling laws and best practices. We DO NOT provide helmets, so please bring yours.
•Linens provided for the queen, king-size beds, and the twin pullout chair (Upstairs in the king suite). •Towels, beach towels are always fresh. •We have plenty of pillows to choose from. •Gourmet Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare gourmet meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy. •Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you. (We travel too and dislike needing to buy a whole thing of Tide to do a couple of loads of swimsuits and beach towels) •Internet and Spectrum Cable •Central Air conditioning •Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, umbrella, coolers, games and bikes provided. •Pack 'n' Play as well as high chair on premises.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH. There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available. Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.

Emily the property manager was very responsive with a few questions. Kitchen was beautiful and spacious ,bathrooms were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans if you needed. Location was great for us near the shops (10 minute car ride) and 5 minutes to the beach. Safe street and the grounds were nice and private. We will stay there again !

Beautiful Getaway in the Woods
The Trolley House is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and close by to shopping, beaches, and sightseeing. The beds are very comfy and the front yard is great for BBQs and sitting around a warm fire toasting marshmallows. We were very pleased with everything and our hostess, Emily was very attentive.

Perfectly peaceful
This was a perfect place for my family (all adults) to get away and enjoy both the beach (only a short drive to goose rocks beach) and the country. It is just as lovely in person as in the pictures, it has everything you need. The location is also nice, just a short drive into town and local restaurants. We loved it and would definitely book this again!

Nice property
Property was very relaxing and great location. Tho there were 3tvs u could only watch if you steamed-therefore no tv usage. One plumbing issue early on was rectified immediately by the owner-a very nice person. At the end of the rental I attempted to reach your agent to explain a couple of issues I thought should be addressed and she became very belligerent and
rude. It was not how one of your agents should act towards a client. Unfortunately we left with a bitter feeling about the place due to her interaction.
