Nice property, but needs some love
We were a group of six women who attended an event at the KC Convention Center. The house is a few minutes drive from the Center (we used Uber XL for $20-$25 a trip) and the neighborhood is cute and safe. We felt fine walking to the nearby shops and pubs.
The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have been updated. However, there are several maintenance issues that need to be resolved, some minor and some major. In general, there are just a lot of things that in the aggregate were annoying.
The kitchen needs to be outfitted more completely to accommodate six guests. The bedrooms need storage options and nightstands.
When we did ask for assistance, the host was responsive and helpful; there were just too many things to keep asking them to fix.
In spite of all these little things, we liked the house. The living room and dining room worked well for our group, and we made the kitchen work. The location and the beds made it worthwhile. If the hosts take care of the maintenance issues, this could be a great property!
