The property was so stylish. the decor was inviting. The space was warm and cozy and had all of the necessities for our stay.

The host was very accommodating and replied to all messages quickly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house is beautiful and a great location for a large group to stay.

Perfect home for our needs in a very transitional area. Great communication with the owner/manager-very pleasant and quick to return messages! Large and clean and well equipped but please be aware, we did not feel safe walking or spending time outside as there are a good number of abandoned buildings in the area, a burnt out and boarded up home next door and drag racing at night.

The house is enormous, well-equipped and centrally located. Jessica was a pleasure to chat with and extremely helpful throughout the process. If you ever have occasion to be in KC, I would recommend this house wholeheartedly.

This is a great old historic property in a very accessible part of the city. We were a little early for the Streetcar extension down Main St, but that will be a great improvement when it opens next month.The property accommodated our family of 17 adults and 6 children with ease. There are separate living areas and kitchens on each floor and outdoor space on the upper floors giving everyone their own space, but allowing us to all be in the same house. One important note, we like to do our own cooking and while the property does have countertop stoves and air fryer/toaster style ovens, there is not a full size oven/stove in the property. We made it work.Jessica was super helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and issues.
