This is a 1st floor unit of a duplex. There is parking for one car behind the home. Once inside you'll find a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a jack and jill bathroom.
The backyard is full fenced in. Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
The backyard and washer/dryer are shared with the unit above.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.
