Beautiful Pool with Stunning Ocean and Sunset Views
Beautiful home with amazing privacy, deck, and outdoor spaces. The pool is smaller than it appears in photos and is solar-heated by the sun (no solar panels), so it was a bit chilly on some days. The house itself is spacious, and the host was excellent—very responsive.

In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.

Was terrible communication tried to get ahold of them to switch my reservation to correct island. No one got back to me. They still charged me for the stay. Terrible customer service.
