This one-of-a-kind 6BR+DEN ground-floor listing at the acclaimed Kaanapali Alii in the heart of Kaanapali Beach brings together an oceanfront 2BR suite and two luxurious neighboring 2BR partial ocean view suites. This combination offers a massive 5,000+ sq ft of interior living area and a sleeping capacity of up to 20 guests in 4 king-sized beds, 4 queen-sized beds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

All of the residences offer ample patio space, and two of them feature a massive shared lawn area. This affords you the feeling of a private Maui residence, with the convenience and amenities of a meticulously maintained resort atmosphere.

Each suite has been remodeled with luxurious high-end finishes for your group to settle into comfort after another day in paradise. Three remodeled kitchens with stone counters and high-end stainless appliances are available for your group to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment.

Three primary bedrooms and one guest bedroom feature sumptuous king-sized beds. The other guest bedrooms offer two queen-sized beds and a single queen bed. For added sleeping space, Alii 314 features a den bedroom just off the living room and Alii 312 features a brand new queen-sized sofa sleeper. 6 total bathrooms have all been remodeled for a lavish bath experience.

Fun vacation for our extended families. Units clean but could use some general maintenance. (patio doors difficult to open/close, toilets running, electrical outlets loose, safe difficult to open after locked to name a few) Loved the location and surf. Tsunami warning and evacuation instructions were a bit confusing AND at checkout the clerk wanted to charge us for not bringing the umbrella off the beach that day!!! REALLY???
