'Comfortable and a great view. Is there a way I book this unit directly through the owner?'

'Unit could have been cleaner. The floorboards were dirty and bathroom ceiling was dirty and dusty. We struggled with check in, it was dark and we could not see numbers on the lockbox. Due to the heavy rains, the patio windows were leaking heavily. Epic Realty brought us towels and a plastic container to catch the water. We used every pan in the unit to catch rain, left Epic a message, no response. We will never rent from Epic Realty again. Beyond disappointing! '

'Very Clean unit. Having the beach chairs available was a plus. Kitchen is well furnished with all small appliances like toaster and coffee maker, pots and pans. Having the laundry very close by was a big help. View is great off balcony. Very firm mattress on bed. Close to elevator makes it very convenient especially when carrying groceries and luggage.'

'Storms left an inch of water on our Lanai!! Drain is too high. Property Management responded that they will report but it did not assist us in having usage of the Lanai Everything else was Wonderful!!'

'Natalie’s condo was everything we hoped for and more. The property looked exactly like the photos — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and genuinely felt like home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, lunch boxes, you name it. Natalie even left a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge, a sweet touch we really appreciated. Extra beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were also provided, which was a huge bonus for a beach trip. 'The pool was great. The condo was terrible, dead gnats sprayed to the wall, cockroaches infested in kitchen. Company obviously knew about the pest problem, as they had sprayed bugs and not cleaned up. There is 3 or 4 pest deterrents plugged in throughout, as well as many, many cockroach traps in cupboards, under cabinets and even on back of toilet. We left after contacting both rental company and VRBO. neither was very helpful in resolving issues or making refunds easy. '

'Great value… very clean, private and practical. All amenities were at our fingertips, communication was very good anytime we had a question. If we could make a minor recommendation selfishly beach chairs in place of camping chairs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making paradise that much better! '
