'Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. '

'Beautiful heritage hotel in prime location in Paddington. The guy on the front desk was one of the most friendly, welcoming and helpful people we've met. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Sydney.'

'Wow. This is how it should be. The only negative thing I can come up with is that they didn’t mention that the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival. Rooms are spacious and have all you need, incl. free mini bar. Also lots of amenities are free and delivered to your room. Breakfast is very well. Very friendly personal. Free washing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are perfect. This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 7 month vacation. '
