'Potts Point is a great area to base yourselves in in Sydney and Spicers is a great "hotel" - actually, that's too impersonal, it feels more like a home away from home. The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD. Thoroughly recommend.'

'Hotel très bien situé. Chambres confortables et propres. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent. Attention, nous avions réservé sans le savoir une "micro chambre". L'hôtel me l'a signalé quelques jours avant notre arrivée et nous avons pu upgrader mais cela a occasionné des frais supplémentaires. Au vu de la taille de notre chambre, la micro devait être très petite.'

'Kamer rook muf. Ontbijtzaal was dicht: nu hoekje in de lobby…..positief is locatie. Personeel veelal behulpzaam maar niet echt geëngageerd. '

'We stayed at the hotel for a short week; the location in the middle of sydney business district was excellent! Only 15 mins (pleasant) walk to opera house, train station and bridge. The airco was showing a lot of dirt in in & outlet which gave us an unpleasant impression. Also missing a backing pan so no scrambled egg with bacon in the morning :-('
