The staff were present and courteous, anticipating needs before they were ever voiced and making every interaction, even with the language barrier, feel welcoming. The property itself was immaculately clean and refined. Although the hotel has an “old world” feel, it has been beautifully maintained. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo.'

'Really enjoyed staying at Oakwood with our baby. It is a very family-friendly hotel. Our room was clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Also, centrally located. '

'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'Keurig hotel. Als bereisde Nederlanders een hoop van de wereld gezien. Eerste keer in Japan. Tandenborstels, handdoeken, pyjama, zeep, alles ligt klaar, meer dan wij gewend zijn. Op loopafstand van metrotrein en flink aantal restaurants. Wij hadden Starbucks als favoriet voor het ontbijt. '

'Heerlijk dat er een onsen is. Kamers op dag van aankomst pas om 15 uur beschikbaar. Dat vind ik laat zeker na een lange reis. Het zou fijn zijn als de kamers eerder beschikbaar zijn dat de gasten er ook in mogen.'

'Very clean and great room layout, spacious and functional, used the hottub bath everyday. Gym is a bit small but very bright and clean with all the basics you need to workout. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location is right next to subway station which makes it convenient to travel between places. 7 -11 right beside hotel, good for quick bite, snacks and drinks. Hotel is a bit pricy but mainly due to holiday season. Other than that, highly recommend to fellow travelers ! '

'This is hugely overpriced property. It is extremely nbaaic. Not worth the money. Not a a single window in the rooms. Strongly recommend against.'
