'The self check-in process was super convenient, you just need to pick up the keys at a nearby café. FYI, the price was great, and I was pleased to receive the quick refund of my deposit. The host was very attentive and responsive to my questions before, after and during the stay. The apartment was gorgeous—bright, spotless, and cozy with everything I needed for a comfortable experience. '

'The 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely gorgeous. New and modern with lots of extra luxuries. Located in the heart of the Opera district it was perfect for our parents who are in their 80’s. '

'Restauré avec goût et bien situé, cet appartement nous a néanmoins déçu. Il est très bien noté et donc, disons que nous n'avons pas eu de chance. Le site aurait dû prévenir qu'il y avait de gros travaux et pour une longue période dans les communs. Voir photos. Sèche serviettes en panne. Forte odeur dans la salle de douche malgré un extracteur puissant. On ne peut pas contourner le lit donc il fut se passer dessus pour se lever ou se coucher. Pas de torchons ni d'éponge dans la cuisine, ...'

'Great location, clean place and the staff were nice when you called for help getting the keys from across the street was confusing and you have to watch videos on how to use the equipment in the kitchen but overall they are very helpful. Very nice. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Because of the good reviews and the photos in the listing I selected this property, when many other properties were far better, price and location wise. The condition has changed greatly since the pictures were taken and totally unrepresentative of the actual condition. Entry way unsafe, stains, scuffs, dents, and damaged walls, blinds, couch etc. I'll let the photos that I took during my stay speak for themselves. A real disappointment'
