« Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. « Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! »

« We did just a one night stay on our drive from Ohio to Florida, wanted a city with things to do and about halfway. We picked Charleston and found this perfect home for our stop. Great location in a quiet neighborhood where I felt safe walking our dog and close to the spots we wanted to check out. The host is great to communicate with and the house was very clean and quiet to get our rest to continue our traveling. I highly recommend. »

« Private suite on the left side of a rancher including private entrance and backyard. Very nicely constructed and spacious. Prime location on James Island just off the main drag. Owner was very responsive when batteries died on the smart lock. »
