HOUSE RULES FOR YOUR STAY

Welcome to our home! To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests and residents in this family-friendly building, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following house rules. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

**SEPTIC SYSTEM GUIDELINES**
- **Toilet Use**: Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush condoms, tampons, sanitary napkins, diapers, dental floss, Q-tips, or any other non-biodegradable items.
- **Sink Use**: Do not dispose of chemicals, grease, or garbage down the sinks.

**NOISE AND COMMUNITY RESPECT**
- This is a family building. Please respect the right of others to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment.
- **Loud Music**: Music or noise that can be heard outside the condo unit is strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels minimal, especially during quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM).

**SMOKING POLICY**
- **ABSOLUTELY No Smoking**: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, weed, vape, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
- Violations will result in immediate removal and a minimum damage fee of $10,000.

**TRASH**
- The trash chute is located near the elevators on your floor. Please empty your trash daily.
- When you use share facilities, please dispose of your trash immediately.

**PROPERTY CARE**
- Lock the condo door every time you leave. While the building has a state-of-the-art security system and cameras, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- For added security, park your vehicles inside the garage. Please park on the lower level. You must register your car with the concierge.
- Avoid sitting on the furniture with wet bathing suits or suntan lotion to prevent staining.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners on the stovetop or countertops.
- Please refrain from using candles anywhere on the property during your stay.
- Report any damages or breakages to me or Rebeca immediately.

**SHARED SPACES**
- Follow all posted rules in shared spaces, including the fitness center, pools, barbecue area, and shared workspace.

**PETS**
- Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property.
