Living space
The open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, filling the space with natural light through large windows. Comfortable furnishings make it easy to settle in, whether you're gathered for a meal or unwinding after a day on the beach. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi are available for those who need to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table seats the group comfortably.

Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and private balcony access with ocean views. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds, balcony access, and beach views. Both rooms come with soft bed linens, hangers, and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the unit, one en-suite and one shared, each supplied with towels, a hair dryer, and a bathtub.

Outdoor & location
Community pool access and direct beachfront access are available to guests. Two covered garage parking spaces are included - bring the bikes. Within 30 minutes, you'll find historic St. Augustine, downtown Jacksonville, and St. Johns Town Center.
